Our freshly baked cupcakes are around 6cm in diameter and are delivered in a cream gift box with bow. A free gift card also lets you add a personal message.

Unfortunately we can’t accept orders to addresses containing a PO Box number or armed forces BPO addresses.

Hospital Addresses, Flats & Student Accommodation
Delivery to flats. In some flats please be aware that tenants will sign and receive mail or deliveries for neighbours. You should be aware of this when placing an order for delivery. If a delivery has not arrived on time it is likely that a neighbour has accepted and signed for a delivery on the recipients behalf. Please therefore check with neighbours.
Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address, on the day of delivery, remains the responsibility of the sender. Bradfords Gifts Ltd can not accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances ie. holiday etc.
For orders where a third party will accept and sign for the delivery on the recipients behalf i.e. a hospital, airport, college, university, workplace, secure housing with a doorman etc. the signature of any person authorised to accept a delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery. Bradfords Bakers & Gifts Ltd suggests that the sender takes the time to inform any such third party to expect their delivery prior to placing an order to ensure there is no delay in the recipient receiving their gift.
I think,the label which tells the delivery company to “not put the box on its side” might be better to,say
“Keep flat. This way up on the top.
And Keep flat but NOT THIS WAY UP on the other side
Mine were delivered when I was out and were left on their side. However when I opened the box all the cakes were safe
